After a year of residency, the young Aspiring Directors are called upon to put leadership principles into practice within their respective departments. Thus, Vincent Omgba Belibi serves as Aspiring Director of Partnerships and External Relations, while Roland Kassi holds the position of Aspiring Director of Research and Programs.

As part of their professional immersion internship, Mr. Vincent Omgba Belibi is assigned to the Department of Communication Studies and Translation, and Mr. Roland to the Human Resources Department, for a period of two months. This immersion allows them to learn management, leadership, and corporate operational practices from experienced professionals.
