As part of Phase 2 of our community project tackling plastic pollution, we took part, with the support of the OSU Foundation, in the ecological walk organized by Greenpeace and Mbao Hub on the occasion of World Environment Day, celebrated every June 5 around the world.
This walk, linking the Warda intersection to the J’AIME MON PAYS intersection, with a symbolic stop at the Ministry of Higher Education (MINESUP), aimed to raise public awareness and promote climate justice.
The inspiring speech by the Minister of the Environment, Nature Protection and Sustainable Development, Mr. Pierre Hélé, reminding us that "plastic kills," reinforced our conviction: change begins with individual and collective actions.
This day was a powerful and motivating experience. We come away more determined than ever to continue the fight against plastic pollution and to intensify our recycling and community awareness efforts.

We also had the pleasure of forging valuable connections with civil society actors and associations committed to a healthier environment.
As Jacques Chaban-Delmas said, "we must commit ourselves fully to the path of change." It is in this spirit that we enthusiastically approach the second phase of our project, convinced that every step counts in building a sustainable future.
