The Foundation has a Framework of 15 skills which are: rhetoric, communication, advocacy, decision-making, producing credible analyses, transforming vision into initiative, strategic innovation, negotiation, conflict management, change management, building partnerships, risk management, efficient resource management, networking and teamwork, delivering results.
The acquisition of each skill is placed under the authority of a Skill Advisor, who is an individual with proven knowledge and experience in practicing the skill in question, and who demonstrates tangible evidence confirming this.
For each skill, a learning pathway is defined and details the learning objectives, the content of the modules to be mastered or the exercises/actions to be completed, and the weekly schedule of activities.
The assessment of the skill is carried out by a panel of three evaluators chaired by the Advisor for that skill.
