- One of the Foundation's approaches to developing leadership skills and leadership itself is conducting research on specific issues concerning leadership.
- The Osu Foundation has developed a list of priority research questions. In each session, the candidate conducts a research project to produce endogenous data on one of the questions identified by the Foundation. This data is then published to make it available to the public and to support advocacy actions, among others.
- For these publications, the Osu Foundation has its own peer-reviewed journal with an international editorial board: Les Cahiers Osu
